Privacy and cookies
This page explains how Index AI handles browsing information and cookies on the public site. It is not a complete legal notice and will be expanded once final publisher legal details are available.
Site operator
The public Index AI website (index-ai.fr) is published as part of the Index AI project. Detailed legal notices (registered entity, postal address, dedicated contact) will be published when finalized. This page intentionally focuses on cookie and analytics practices already in place.
Necessary cookies
Necessary cookies or local storage support basic site operation, especially remembering your consent choices. They are not used for advertising and cannot be refused in the banner, because the site must be able to remember your decision.
Audience measurement (Google Analytics 4)
If you accept audience measurement, Index AI loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-DKKQ20XK1M) after your explicit consent. Without that consent, the GA4 script is not loaded and no analytics requests are intentionally sent.
Page views are limited to the URL path (without query parameters) to reduce the risk of sending personal data that might appear in a URL. Index AI does not configure events meant to collect emails, names, or form contents.

Advertising
An “Advertising” option exists in the preferences panel for possible future purposes. It is off by default. Until it is accepted, Index AI does not load related advertising tags.
Your choices
On first visit, a banner offers “Accept all”, “Reject all”, and “Customize”, with equal accessibility for accept and reject. No optional box is preselected. You can change or withdraw consent later from the footer.
Data and retention
Consent preferences are stored locally in your browser. Analytics retention on Google’s side depends on the Google Analytics account settings; Index AI will document the chosen retention once configuration is finalized.
For privacy questions, use the contact channels that will appear in the legal notice once published.
